Vital NZ have been supplying cocoa products to the New Zealand market for over twenty years. We represent the Barry Callebaut Group who are the world leaders in manufacturing high-quality cocoa.

With access to premium Ghana and Ivory coast cocoa beans, Barry Callebaut manufacture world class cocoa products. We can also offer sustainable cocoa powder, cocoa mass, and cocoa butter (Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade).

Product Range

Cocoa Powder

We stock a range of dutched cocoa powders as well as natural (non-dutched). Our powders vary in fat percentage, colour, and taste. We can also offer organic and sustainable options. These come in 25 kg bags.

Cocoa Butter

We offer premium cocoa butters sourced from West Coast Africa or Asia and can be deodorised or non-deodorised. These come in 25 kg blocks in cartons.

Cocoa Mass/Liquor

Cocoa mass is the primary building block in chocolate. Our cocoa mass is available with blended or single origin bean options and comes in 15 kg blocks. Sustainable choices are also available.
